First Impression / First Press On Imp
Since Eric revealed his theme up here on the blog I rolled over the word Impression in my head - Eric challenged us to get some printing going in his book - printing = pressing (almost, in a way). I also found out that Imp is by one of the definitions "a mischievous child."
Printing (on) a Mischievous child was the first thing to do then.
Here's the layers - a photogram of a dictionary page, a page from a dictionary, lino print, a lot of spray paint with stencils, ohp featuring one of my own mischievous children and a lot of play.
The process of doing this piece was rather spontaneous ... and messy. I'm a rather neat person often - I like to have an organized and tidy workspace and so this was quite a challenge...
Lisa made this beautifully gentle piece in this book - hers feels like winter, snow and I like the way it came together with my entry - feels like mischief and happiness in the snow ...

Your entries are SICK! Way to go.... I can't wait to see what happens next!
You've really got a cohesive feeling book going there. :) Very nice.
